1. Why does the color of my candle vary slightly from the last one I ordered?
At Szofi & Co, all of our candles are handcrafted and made to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight color variations may occur between batches. These variations are a natural part of the process and do not affect the quality or performance of the candle. Each piece is unique, making your candle one of a kind!
2. What is frosting, and why does it appear on my candle?
Frosting is a natural characteristic of soy wax and occurs when the wax begins to crystallize. This may cause a frosted or white appearance on the surface of your candle. Frosting is completely normal and is a hallmark of using natural soy wax. It doesn’t affect the scent or performance of your candle—rather, it highlights the purity of the ingredients used.
3. What are my options for receiving my order?
Currently, we offer pick-up from three convenient locations within Perth or home delivery within the Perth area. We are committed to providing local customers with an easy and personal experience. Delivery fees may apply, depending on your location. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for details about delivery zones.
4. How long will it take for my order to be ready?
We take great care in preparing each order to ensure every item meets our high standards. Orders typically take between 1-4 days to prepare. Once your order is ready, we will notify you with pick-up or delivery details.
5. What is a burn tray, and why is it necessary?
To ensure the safety of your Szofi & Co candles and wax melts, we recommend placing them on a fire-safe surface such as a burn tray. This helps protect surfaces from heat and ensures the candle is stable while burning. Always keep your candles and products away from drafts, children, and pets to prevent accidents.
6. What is your return policy?
At Szofi & Co, we take pride in the careful craftsmanship and preparation of each unique product. Due to the made-to-order nature of our candles, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out, and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
